Studio "on the go"

Been out of town for about a week, but I took with me the things that I can work on "on the go."

It helps to have things that are portable, like assembling art print cards or binding Coptic style books, which keep me "in the studio" even when I'm traveling.

Over the last week, I've managed to assemble a whole bunch of art print card sets, and I'm about to hand sew several Coptic bound blank journals, which will be for sale during the Brown County Studio and Garden Tour (www.BrownCountyStudioTour.com) the 25-27 of June.

I love working on these things, whether in my studio or sitting on my friend's couch over 600 miles away from home.

Online and online again

Updated a bunch of things online today - since I can't go outside and enjoy the (finally!) beautiful weather. I'm working at Gallery North on the Square today, the cooperative gallery where I'm a member. In between visitors to the gallery, I've been updated all the places that Lost Lake Studio shows up online:

Check out my new Etsy shop: www.etsy.com/shop/michelepollock

I've added bookmarks, some Fabric journals and paper art jewelry.

I've got a new Facebook page for Lost Lake Studio. Just search for "Lost Lake Studio" and you can check that you "like" it! I've got images of some of my newest work up there, and links to the things that're going on.

The Brown County Studio and Garden Tour is coming up the end of June (25-27), and the new map/brochure is available online ( www.BrownCountyStudioTour.com ) or for pickup at Nashville, IN galleries and the Visitor Center.
